长蛇灸结合肾俞穴混元灸治疗产后腰痛的临床效果

Clinical effect of Long Snake Moxibustion combined with Shenshu Point Mixed Yuan Moxibustion on postpartum low back pain

目的探究长蛇灸结合肾俞穴混元灸治疗产后腰痛的临床效果。方法选择2018年8月至2022年8月南昌市洪都中医院针灸科收治的60例产后腰痛患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为针灸组(30例)及长蛇灸+肾俞穴混元灸组(30例)。针灸组采用单纯的针灸治疗,长蛇灸+肾俞穴混元灸组在针灸组方法的基础上联合长蛇灸+肾俞穴混元灸。两组均治疗1个月。比较两组的临床疗效、疼痛评分[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、疼痛强度(PPI)评分、功能障碍指数[Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)]评分。结果长蛇灸+肾俞穴混元灸组的总有效率为93.33%,高于针灸组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的VAS、PPI及ODI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);长蛇灸+肾俞穴混元灸组治疗后的VAS、PPI及ODI评分均低于针灸组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长蛇灸结合肾俞穴混元灸治疗产后腰痛获得较好的临床效果,能够有效缓解腰部疼痛,减轻腰部疼痛程度,改善腰部功能障碍,对促进患者预后恢复具有重要作用,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Long Snake Moxibustion combined with Shenshu Point Mixed Yuan Moxibustion on postpartum low back pain.Methods A total of 60 patients with postpartum low back pain admitted to the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of TCM,from August 2018 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the acupuncture group(30 cases)and the Long Snake Moxibustion+Shenshu Point Mixed Yuan Moxibustion group(30 cases).The patients in the acupuncture group were treated with acupuncture alone,and those in the Long Snake Moxibustion+Shenshu Point Mixed Yuan Moxibustion group were treated with Long Snake Moxibustion+Shenshu Point Mixed Yuan Moxibustion on the basis of the treatment in the acupuncture group.Both groups were treated for 1 month.The clinical efficacy,pain score(visual analogue scale[VAS]),present pain intensity[PPI]score,and disability index(Oswestry disability index[ODI])score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the Long Snake Moxibustion+Shenshu Point Mixed Yuan Moxibustion group was 93.33%,which was higher than 70.00%of the acupuncture group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in VAS,PPI and ODI scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,VAS,PPI and ODI scores in the Long Snake Moxibustion+Shenshu Point Mixed Yuan Moxibustion group were lower than those in the acupuncture group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Long Snake Moxibustion combined with Shenshu Point Mixed Yuan Moxibustion has good clinical effect in the treatment of postpartum low back pain,which can effectively relieve lumbar pain,reduce the degree of lumbar pain,improve lumbar dysfunction,and play an important role in promoting the prognosis recovery of patients,so it is worthy of promotion and application.
