基于突发公共卫生事件背景下混合式教学模式在社区护理学教学中的应用效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨基于突发公共卫生事件背景下混合式教学模式在社区护理学教学中的应用效果。方法于2022年2月选取佳木斯大学护理学院2021级护理本科生2个班的学生作为研究对象,根据不同班级分为对照组(45人)和观察组(45人)。对照组采用传统教学模式进行教学,观察组采用基于突发公共卫生事件背景下混合式教学模式进行教学,比较两组的基础知识考核、教学主观评价、教学满意度。结果本学期社区护理学教学结束后,观察组的学生理论考核成绩、线上虚拟仿真实训考核成绩、线下现场实训考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学生对教学提升学习兴趣、自主学习能力、思维能力、综合应用能力方面的认同率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组教学总满意度(95.56%)高于对照组(82.22%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于突发公共卫生事件背景下混合式教学模式可提高社区护理学教学效果,且学生对教学的满意度高。 Objective To explore the application effect of mixed teaching mode in community nursing teaching based on the background of public health emergencies.Methods In February 2022,two classes of 2021 undergraduate nursing students in the School of Nursing of Jiamusi University were selected as the research objects,according to different classes,they were divided into control group(45 people)and observation group(45 people).The control group used traditional teaching mode for teaching,while the observation group used a blended teaching mode based on the background of sudden public health events for teaching.The basic knowledge assessment,subjective teaching evaluation,and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After the end of community nursing teaching in this semester,students in the observation group had higher scores in theoretical assessment,online virtual simulation and offline on-site training than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The students in the observation group had a higher recognition rate than those in the control group on improving learning interest,autonomous learning ability,thinking ability and comprehensive application ability,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total teaching satisfaction of the observation group(95.56%)was higher than that of the control group(82.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The mixed teaching model based on the background of public health emergencies can improve the teaching effect of community nursing,and students'satisfaction with teaching is high.
