摘要
骨关节炎是一种临床常见病及多发病,具有较高的致残率。影像组学作为精准诊疗的新兴技术,通过人工智能对医学影像图像中的异质性信息进行客观、定量的分析及评价,在骨关节炎的诊断窗口前移及精准化诊疗过程中发挥着巨大潜力。本文就影像组学及纹理分析在骨关节炎早期诊疗中的研究进展进行综述,主要包括影像组学概述、骨关节炎的早期诊断、进展预测、疗效评价、预后评估以及骨骼结构评价等方面的应用研究。
Osteoarthritis is a common and frequently occurring disease with high disability rate.As a new product of precision diagnosis and treatment,radiomics objectively and quantitatively analyzes and evaluates the heterogeneous information in medical images through artificial intelligence.It plays a great potential in the process of moving forward the diagnosis window of osteoarthritis and precision diagnosis and treatment.This paper reviews the research progress of radiomics and texture analysis in the early diagnosis and treatment of osteoarthritis,mainly including the overview of radiomics,the early diagnosis,progress prediction,curative effect evaluation,prognosis evaluation and bone structure evaluation of osteoarthritis.
