基于ADMM优化的停车位分配模型与求解

摘要 随着近几年我国城市机动车保有量的不断增加,停车设施配建不足,如何利用现有停车资源通过资源分配技术平衡各区域停车利用率被广泛关注和研究。因此,通过共享停车分配模式,高效利用现有停车位,对缓解停车难题具有重要意义。针对“停车难”和利用率不均衡问题,基于交替方向乘子法(Alternating Direction Method of Multipliers,ADMM)建立了优化的车位分配模型,搭建了基于Matlab 2018b的仿真系统。结果表明,基于ADMM优化的分配模型收敛性能更佳,较混合整数二阶锥优化(Mixed Integer Second-Order Cone Optimization,MSO)算法和增广拉格朗日方法(Augmented Lagrangian Method,ALM)算法,所提算法结果更接近最优。 In recent years,the amount of motor vehicles in cities of China has been increasing,while the parking facilities are insufficient.Using resource allocation technology to balance the parking utilization rate in various regions with existing parking resources has been widely concerned and studied.Therefore,it is of great significance to use a shared parking allocation model to make efficient use of existing parking spaces,which will alleviate the parking problem.To address the problem of difficult parking and unbalanced utilization rate,a parking space allocation model based on Alternating Direction Method of Multipliers(ADMM)optimization is established,and a simulation system based on Matlab 2018b is built.The results show that the convergence performance of the allocation model based on ADMM optimization is better,and the results are closer to the optimal values than those of Mixed Integer Second-Order Cone Optimization(MSO)algorithm and Augmented Lagrangian Method(ALM)algorithm.
