With the gradual advancement of carbon neutralization,carbon trading has become an important means for the country to control greenhouse gas emissions.The emergence of carbon trading has spawned a new asset type of carbon assets.The characteristics of investment and overdraft make it the core of corporate green assets,and the development of carbon assets has become an issue that enterprises must face in the carbon trading market with total control.This paper started with the related concepts of carbon assets,analyzed the necessity of carbon asset development in the field of comprehensive utilization of automobile resources,and focused on identifying the key point of carbon asset development in the field of comprehensive utilization of automobile resources-the new energy power battery cascade utilization/recycling emission reduction project,scrapped automobile material recycling projects,engine and transmission remanufacturing projects,and make full use of the trading and financial attributes of carbon assets,and develop application scenarios for carbon asset trading and carbon asset mortgages.
