大隐静脉高位结扎剥脱术联合浅静脉泡沫硬化剂注射治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床效果

Clinical Effect of High Ligation and Stripping of Great Saphenous Vein Combined with Superficial Vein Injection of Sclerosing Foam in Treatment of Varicose Veins of Lower Extremities

目的:分析下肢静脉曲张采用大隐静脉高位结扎剥脱术联合浅静脉泡沫硬化剂注射的治疗效果。方法:选取2020年3月—2023年2月南京市栖霞区医院收治的76例下肢静脉曲张患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组采用大隐静脉高位结扎剥脱术,观察组在对照组基础上联合浅静脉泡沫硬化剂注射治疗。比较两组临床疗效、手术相关指标及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.033)。两组手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术中出血量少于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。两组术后并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:大隐静脉高位结扎剥脱术联合浅静脉泡沫硬化剂注射治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床效果显著,可减少术中出血,缩短住院时间,且不会增加并发症发生率。

Objective:To analyze the effect of high ligation and stripping of the great saphenous vein combined with superficial vein injection of sclerosing foam in the treatment of lower extremity varicose veins.Methods:A total of 76 patients with varicose veins of lower extremities who were admitted to Nanjing Qixia District Hospital from March 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received high ligation and stripping of the great saphenous vein;The observation group was treated with superficial vein injection of sclerosing foam on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,surgery related indexes and complications were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.033).There was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups(P>0.05);The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the length of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:High ligation and stripping of the great saphenous vein combined with superficial vein injection of sclerosing foam has significant clinical effects in the treatment of varicose veins of lower extremities,which can reduce intraoperative bleeding,shorten the length of hospital stay,and will not increase the incidence of complications.
