骨髓衰竭性疾病患者焦虑、抑郁及孤独感的影响因素分析

Analysis of Influencing Factors of Anxiety,Depression and Loneliness in Patients with Bone Marrow Depletion Disease

目的:分析骨髓衰竭性疾病(BMF)患者焦虑、抑郁及孤独感的影响因素。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年10月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九六七医院血液科收治的67例BMF患者作为研究对象,采用自制调查问卷调查患者一般情况,采用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、孤独感量表评估患者焦虑、抑郁和孤独感情况,分析BMF患者焦虑、抑郁、孤独感影响因素。结果:67例患者中焦虑44例(65.7%),抑郁45例(67.2%),孤独感53例(79.1%)。Logistic回归分析显示,年龄>60岁、病程≥2年、初中及以下学历、合并症≥4种是BMF患者焦虑、抑郁及孤独感的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:BMF患者普遍存在焦虑、抑郁及孤独感,且年龄>60岁、病程≥2年、初中及以下学历、合并症≥4种是BMF患者焦虑、抑郁及孤独感的独立影响因素。

Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of anxiety,depression and loneliness in patients with bone marrow depletion disease(BMF).Methods:A total of 67 BMF patients were selected as the research subjects at the Hematology Department of the 967th Hospital of the Chinese People´s Liberation Army Joint Logistics Support Force from January 2021 to October 2022.The general situation of the patients was investigated by self-made questionnaire,and the anxiety,depression and loneliness of the patients were assessed by self-rating anxiety scale,self-rating depression scale and loneliness scale.The influencing factors of anxiety,depression and loneliness in BMF patients were analyzed.Results:Among the 67 patients,44 were anxious(65.7%),45 were depressed(67.2%),and 53(79.1%)were lonely.Logistic regression analysis showed that age>60 years,disease duration≥2 years,junior high school education or below,and≥4 comorbidities are independent influencing factors of anxiety,depression and loneliness in BMF patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:Anxiety,depression and loneliness are common in BMF patients,and age>60 years old,disease duration≥2 years,junior high school education or below,and≥4 comorbidities are independent influencing factors for anxiety,depression and loneliness in BMF patients.
