温针灸联合中药熏洗治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Warm Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Chinese Herbal Fumigation in Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:探讨温针灸联合中药熏洗治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月常州市新北区春江人民医院收治的98例LDH患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各49例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用温针灸联合中药熏洗治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、腰椎功能、炎性因子水平及疼痛程度。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.007)。治疗后,观察组日本骨科协会评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组白细胞介素-1、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:温针灸联合中药熏洗治疗LDH的效果显著,可改善患者腰椎功能,缓解炎性反应,减轻疼痛症状。

Objective:To investigate the effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Chinese herbal fumigation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:A total of 98 LDH patients admitted to Changzhou Xinbei District Chunjiang People´s Hospital between January 2021 and December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Chinese herbal fumigation.The clinical efficacy,lumbar function,inflammatory factor levels and pain level were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.007).After treatment,the score of the Japanese Orthopaedic Association in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The levels of interleukin-1 and tumor necrosis factor-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The pain score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Chinese herbal fumigation has a significant effect in the treatment of LDH,which can improve lumbar function,alleviate inflammatory reaction and alleviate pain symptoms.
