快速康复外科护理在老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者围术期中的应用效果

Application Effect of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery Nursing in Perioperative Elderly Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的:探讨快速康复外科护理在老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者围术期中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年6月—2020年6月于广州市第一人民医院行腹腔镜胆囊切除术40例老年胆石症患者作为研究对象,根据就诊卡单双号分为传统组与研究组,各20例。传统组实施常规围术期护理,研究组在传统组基础上实施快速康复外科护理。比较两组临床指标、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果:研究组肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门恢复排气时间、首次下床活动时间及住院时间均短于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组并发症总发生率低于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.037)。护理前,两组抑郁、焦虑评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组抑郁、焦虑评分低于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:快速康复外科护理在老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者围术期中的应用效果显著,能够加快患者恢复速度,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of enhanced recovery after surgery nursing in perioperative elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:A total of 40 elderly patients with cholelithiasis who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in Guangzhou First People´s Hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the traditional group and the study group according to the odd and even number of the medical card,with 20 cases in each group.The traditional group implemented routine perioperative nursing and the study group implemented enhanced recovery after surgery nursing on the basis of traditional group.The clinical indicators,the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The time of bowel sound recovery,time of anal exhaust recovery,time of first ambulation and length of hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.037).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in depression and anxiety scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of depression and anxiety in the study group were lower than those in the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application effect of enhanced recovery after surgery nursing in the perioperative elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy is significant,which can speed up the recovery of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction.
