以赋能理论为框架的护理干预在冠状动脉旁路移植术患者护理中的应用价值

Application Value of Nursing Intervention with Empowerment Theory Framework in Patients Undergoing Coronary Artery Bypass Graft

目的:分析以赋能理论为框架的护理干预在冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月于东南大学附属中大医院接受CABG治疗的100例冠心病患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为常规组和研究组,各50例。常规组实施常规护理干预,研究组实施以赋能理论为框架的护理干预。比较两组患者主观幸福感、自我效能感及遵医行为。结果:干预后,两组总体幸福感量表评分均高于干预前,且研究组高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组一般自我效能感评分均高于干预前,且研究组高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组休息、用药、饮食、锻炼、戒烟酒及并发症预防评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以赋能理论为框架的护理干预在CABG患者护理中的应用效果显著,可改善患者主观幸福感和自我效能感,提高遵医行为。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of nursing intervention with empowerment theory framework in the nursing of patients undergoing coronary artery bypass graft(CABG).Methods:A total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease who received CABG treatment in Zhongda Hospital of Southeast University from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into conventional group and study group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The conventional group implemented conventional nursing intervention and the study group implemented nursing intervention with empowerment theory framework.The patient´s subjective well-being,self-efficacy and medical compliance behavior in the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the scores of the overall well-being scale in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the study group was higher than the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The general self-efficacy scores in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the study group was higher than the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of rest,medication,diet,exercise,smoking and alcohol cessation and complication prevention in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of nursing intervention with empowerment theory framework is effective in the nursing of CABG patients,and can improve patients´subjective well-being,self-efficacy and medical compliance behavior.
