以康复为目的的综合护理应用于慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉鼻内镜术患者的效果

Effect of Rehabilitation-Oriented Comprehensive Nursing in Patients with Chronic Sinusitis and Nasal Polyps Undergoing Nasal Endoscopic Surgery

目的:分析慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉鼻内镜手术患者采取以康复为目的的综合护理的效果。方法:选取2021年8月—2022年11月于广州市第一人民医院行鼻内镜术的50例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各25例。常规组采用专科常规护理,观察组采用以康复为目的的综合护理。比较两组临床疗效、护理满意度、鼻窦鼻腔评分及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组治疗有效率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组护理满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。护理前,两组鼻窦鼻腔评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组鼻窦鼻腔评分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组并发症发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:以康复为目的的综合护理应用于慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉鼻内镜术患者的效果显著,可提高治疗效果、护理满意度,改善鼻窦鼻腔状态,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To analyze the effect of rehabilitation-oriented comprehensive nursing in patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps undergoing nasal endoscopic surgery.Methods:From August 2021 to November 2022,50 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps who received nasal endoscopic surgery in Guangzhou First People´s Hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The conventional group applied specialized conventional nursing,and the observation group applied rehabilitation-oriented comprehensive nursing.The clinical efficacy,nursing satisfaction,sinus and nasal cavity score and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in sinus and nasal cavity scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the sinus and nasal cavity scores in the observation group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of rehabilitation-oriented comprehensive nursing in patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps undergoing nasal endoscopic surgery has a significant effect,which can improve the treatment effect and nursing satisfaction,ameliorate the state of sinuses and nasal cavity,and reduce the incidence of complications.
