医护患一体化心理护理模式在食管癌放化疗患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Integrated Psychological Nursing Model of Doctors, Nurses and Patients in Patients with Esophageal Cancer Undergoing Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy

目的:分析医护患一体化心理护理模式在食管癌放化疗患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年6月—2022年12月期间徐州市肿瘤医院收治的80例食管癌放化疗患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用医护患一体化心理护理模式。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,观察组焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组吞咽困难、疼痛、反流、咽口水、梗阻、口干、食欲减退、咳嗽、语言评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论:医护患一体化心理护理模式在食管癌放化疗患者中的应用效果显著,可减轻患者负性心理,提高生活质量,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of the integrated psychological nursing model of doctors,nurses and patients in the patients with esophageal cancer undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 80 patients with esophageal cancer undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy in Xuzhou Cancer Hospital from June 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received integrated psychological nursing model of doctors,nurses and patients.The nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.001).The scores of dysphagia,pain,reflux,swallowing,obstruction,dry mouth,loss of appetite,cough and language in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.001).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P=0.001).Conclusion:The application effect of the integrated psychological nursing model of doctors,nurses and patients in patients with esophageal cancer undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy is significant,which can alleviate the negative psychology of patients,improve the quality of life,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
