基于微信平台的延续性护理在癌性疼痛患者护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Continuous Nursing Based on WeChat Platform in Nursing of Cancer Pain Patients

目的:观察基于微信平台的延续性护理在癌性疼痛患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年7月—2022年2月广西壮族自治区人民医院肿瘤科收治的142例癌性疼痛患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各71例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用基于微信平台的延续性护理。比较两组干预效果。结果:干预2个月后,两组生活质量评分表(QOL)、自我效能评分表(GSES)评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,干预5个月后,两组QOL、GSES评分高于干预前、干预2个月后,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.042)。结论:基于微信平台下的延续性护理在癌性疼痛患者护理中的应用效果显著,可提高患者的生活质量、自我效能及满意度。

Objective:To observe the application effect of continuous nursing based on WeChat platform in the nursing of cancer pain patients.Methods:A total of 142 patients with cancer pain treated in the Oncology Department of The People´s Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from July 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 71 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing and the observation group received continuous nursing based on WeChat platform.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After 2 months of intervention,the scores of Quality of Life(QOL)and General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;after 5 months of intervention,the scores of QOL and GSES in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention and after 2 months of intervention,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.042).Conclusion:Continuous nursing based on WeChat platform has a significant application effect in the nursing of cancer pain patients,and can improve the quality of life,self-efficacy and satisfaction of patients.
