中医护理对腰椎间盘突出症经皮椎间孔镜髓核摘除术患者日常生活能力、护理满意度、并发症发生情况的影响

Effects of Chinese Medicine Nursing on Daily Living Ability, Nursing Satisfaction and Complications in Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation Undergoing Percutaneous Transforaminal Endoscopic Discectomy

目的:分析中医护理对腰椎间盘突出症经皮椎间孔镜髓核摘除术患者日常生活能力、护理满意度、并发症发生情况的影响。方法:选取2020年5月—2022年11月于新沂市中医医院行经皮椎间孔镜髓核摘除术的62例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各31例。对照组患者围术期实施常规护理,观察组患者围术期实施中医护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023)。护理后,观察组日常生活活动能力优于对照组,患者对护理的满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组便秘、感染、尿潴留总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.045)。结论:中医护理可提升腰椎间盘突出症经皮椎间孔镜髓核摘除术患者日常生活活动能力及满意度,减少并发症。

Objective:To analyze the effects of Chinese medicine nursing on the daily life ability,nursing satisfaction and complications of patients with lumbar disc herniation who underwent percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy.Methods:A total of 62 patients with lumbar disc herniation who underwent percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy in Xinyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to November 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups with 31 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine perioperative nursing,and the observation group implemented perioperative Chinese medicine nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The nursing effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.023).After nursing,the ability of daily living activities in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the patient´s nursing satisfaction score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total incidence of constipation,infection and urinary retention in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.045).Conclusion:Chinese medicine nursing can improve the ability of daily life activities and satisfaction of patients with lumbar disc herniation undergoing percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy,and reduce the complications.
