综合护理干预对精神分裂症患者临床症状及服药依从性的影响

Impact of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Clinical Symptoms and Medication Adherence of Patients with Schizophrenia

目的:分析综合护理干预对精神分裂症患者临床症状及服药依从性的影响。方法:选取2020年4月—2022年6月东台市第三人民医院收治的70例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,随机分为常规组和观察组,各35例。常规组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理。比较两组临床症状改善情况及服药依从性。结果:护理前,两组思维障碍、偏执障碍、抑郁表现及攻击情况评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组思维障碍、偏执障碍、抑郁表现及攻击情况评分低于护理前,且观察组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组服药总依从性高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.040)。结论:精神分裂症患者应用综合护理干预,可减轻临床症状,提高服药依从性。

Objective:To analyze the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on clinical symptoms and medication adherence of patients with schizophrenia.Methods:A total of 70 patients with schizophrenia admitted to the Third People´s Hospital of Dongtai City from April 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into conventional group and observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The conventional group implemented conventional nursing,and the observation group implemented comprehensive nursing.The improvement of clinical symptoms and the medication adherence were compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of thought disorder,paranoid disorder,depressive performance and aggression between the two groups(P>0.05);After nursing,the scores of thought disorder,paranoid disorder,depressive performance and aggression in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the conventional group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total medication adherence in the observation group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.040).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with schizophrenia can alleviate clinical symptoms and improve medication adherence.
