快速康复外科护理对肺癌患者术后康复的影响

Influence of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgical Care on Postoperative Rehabilitation of Patients with Lung Cancer

目的:分析肺癌患者术后行快速康复外科护理的效果。方法:选取2021年3月—2022年8月于江阴市人民医院进行手术治疗的127例肺癌患者作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=63)和研究组(n=64)。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施快速康复外科护理。比较两组临床指标、肺功能指标及并发症发生情况。结果:研究组导尿管留置、胸管留置、排便、住院时间短于对照组,术后视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组潮气量、补吸气量、深吸气量、肺活量、肺总量水平均高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.049)。结论:肺癌患者术后行快速康复外科护理的效果显著,可促进患者康复,减轻术后疼痛,提升肺功能,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To analyze the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical care for lung cancer patients after surgery.Methods:A total of 127 lung cancer patients who received surgical treatment in Jiangyin People´s Hospital from March 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group(n=63)and study group(n=64)according to random number table method.The control group underwent routine care,and the study group underwent rapid rehabilitation surgical care.The clinical indexes,pulmonary function indexes and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The indwelling time of urinary catheter,indwelling time of chest tube,defecation time and length of hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the score of postoperative visual analogue score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of tidal volume,inspiratory reserve volume,inspiratory capacity,vital capacity and total lung capacity in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the study group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.049).Conclusion:Rapid rehabilitation surgical care for postoperative lung cancer patients has a significant effect,and can promote the patient´s recovery,relieve postoperative pain,improve the lung function,and reduce the incidence of complications.
