灸法联合体位管理在妇科腹腔镜术后肩颈痛患者护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of Application Effect of Moxibustion Combined with Posture Management in Nursing of Patients with Shoulder and Neck Pain After Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery

目的:分析灸法联合体位管理在妇科腹腔镜术后肩颈痛患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月于新沂市中医医院妇科进行腹腔镜手术的78例患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组39例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施灸法联合体位管理。比较两组肩颈痛程度、舒适度、心理状态及健康状况。结果:术后24、48 h,两组NRS评分低于术后6 h,且研究组低于对照组,两组GCQ评分高于术后6 h,且研究组高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。干预后,两组抑郁、慌乱、紧张、疲劳评分低于干预前,且研究组低于对照组,两组生理功能、生理职能、精神健康、躯体疼痛、社会功能、情感职能评分高于干预前,且研究组高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:灸法联合体位管理在妇科腹腔镜术后肩颈痛患者护理中的应用效果显著,可减轻患者肩颈痛程度,改善心理状态、舒适度及健康状况。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of moxibustion combined with posture management in the nursing of patients with shoulder and neck pain after gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods:A total of 78 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery in the Department of Gynecology,Xinyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.Control group implemented routine nursing and study group implemented moxibustion and posture management on the basis of control group.The degree of shoulder and neck pain,comfort,psychological status and health status of the two groups were compared.Results:At 24 h and 48 h after surgery,the pain score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the score of the comfort status scale in the study group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of depression,panic,nervousness and fatigue in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the scores of physiological function,physiological functioning,mental health,physical pain,social function and emotional function in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of moxibustion combined with posture management in the nursing of patients with shoulder and neck pain after gynecological laparoscopic surgery is significant,which can relieve the shoulder and neck pain,ameliorate mental state,comfort and health condition.
