摘要
目的:分析数字骨科技术联合传统教学模式在骨科护理教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月包头医学院卫生健康学院的100名护理专业学生作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各50名。对照组采用传统教学模式进行教学,观察组采用数字骨科技术联合传统教学模式进行教学。比较两组考试成绩、教学效果、满意度。结果:观察组考试成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组提高教学吸引力、疾病理解程度、思考启发力、体现“教学做一体化”的职业教育理念、分析病例能力、体验临床真实情景、实现骨科学知识及解剖学知识融合的教学效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:数字骨科技术联合传统教学模式在骨科护理教学中的应用效果显著,可提高学生理论成绩、教学效果及满意度。
Obective:To analyze the application efect of digital orthopedic technology combined with traditional teaching mode in orthopedic nursing teaching.Methods:A total of 100 nursing major students from the School of Health,Baotou Medical College from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 50 students in each group.The control group received traditional teaching mode for teaching,and the observation group received digital orthopedic technology combined with traditional teaching mode for teaching.The examination scores,teaching effect,and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The examination scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifcant(P<0.001).The teaching effect of improving the attractiveness of teaching,the degree of disease understanding and the inspiration of thinking,reflcting the vocational education concept of"integration of teaching,learning and doing",the ability to analyze cases,the experience of clinical real scenarios,and realizing the integration of orthopedic knowledge and anatomical knowledge in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of digital orthopedic technology combined with traditional teaching mode in orthopedic nursing teaching has a significant effect,which can improve students'theoretical score,teaching effect and satisfaction.
