摘要
为了自动化校准包装秤读数,提升电子定量包装秤应用价值,设计一种电子定量包装秤自动化二次校准系统。由计算机发出控制指令,控制电子定量包装秤校准器,检测其输出重量值,并通过标准器将输出的重量值发送给包装秤,待其读数稳定,继续由计算机发送指令,控制摄像机采集包装秤显示图像;然后采用网络通信模块将图像发送至校准中心数据预处理模块,实施中值滤波去噪,并由计量校准模块调用去噪后图像数据,通过基于机器视觉的读数校准技术自动化校准电子定量包装秤读数结果,完成二次校准。实验结果表明,所设计系统可实现电子定量包装秤自动化二次校准,能够有效确保电子定量包装秤称量的准确性,在电子定量包装秤自动化二次校准工作中具有显著优势。
In order to automatically calibrate the reading of packaging scales and enhance the application value of electronic quantitative packaging scales,an automated secondary calibration system for electronic quantitative packaging scales is designed.The computer can be used to send control instructions to control the electronic quantitative packaging scale calibrator,detect its output weight value,and send the outputed value to the packaging scale by the calibrator.After the reading is stable,the computer continues to send instructions to control the camera to collect the packaging scale display images.The network communication module is used to send the image to the calibration center data preprocessing module to implement median filtering and denoising,and the denoised image data is called by means of the metrological calibration module,and the electronic quantitative packaging scale reading results are automatically calibrated by means of machine vision based reading calibration technology to complete secondary calibration.The experimental results show that the designed system can achieve automatic secondary calibration of electronic quantitative packaging scales,effectively ensure the accuracy of electronic quantitative packaging scales,and has significant advantages in the automatic secondary calibration of electronic quantitative packaging scales.
