自动移液系统的设计与实现

摘要 针对化学分析和生物医学实验中的移液过程仍然需要人工操作,导致效率低下且样品容易受到污染的问题,提出一种基于ESP32主控方案、步进电机组、移液枪、扫码器和安卓上位机的全自动移液系统。采用双主控模式实现扫码部分和移液部分控制的分离,并独立接收安卓上位机下发的指令,在完成扫码和移液操作后分别上报二维码信息和移液信息。安卓上位机实现对整个嵌入式系统的逻辑控制和人机交互,是自动移液系统的信息中心,其将接收到的二维码信息和移液信息整合成一条完整的工单,在人机界面中展示并保存。实验测试结果表明,所设计系统运行稳定,二维码识读快速、精确,移液精度能够达到要求,实现了移液和扫码的自动化,极大地提高了移液过程的效率,同时降低了人工操作污染样本液体的风险。 A fully automatic pipetting system based on ESP32 main control scheme,stepper motor group,pipetting gun,code scanner,and Android upper computer is introduced to address the issue of low efficiency and easy contamination of samples caused by manual operation in the pipetting process in chemical analysis and biomedical experiments.The dual master control mode is used to achieve the separation of the scanning and pipetting control,and independently receiving instructions from the Android upper computer.After completing the scanning and pipetting operations,the QR code information and pipetting information are reported separately.The Android upper computer can realize logical control and human-machine interaction of the entire embedded system,and it is the information center of the automatic pipetting system.It can integrate the received QR code information and liquid transfer information into a complete work order,which is displayed and saved in the human-machine interface.The experimental testing results show that the designed system can run stably,with fast and accurate QR code reading,and the pipetting accuracy can meet the requirements.It can realize the automation of pipetting and code scanning,greatly improving the efficiency of the pipetting process and reducing the risk of manual operation polluting the sample liquid.
