Water Conservation in Agriculture and its"Three Synergies"

在市场经济体制和可持续发展的政策背景下,水资源供需矛盾加剧。随着城市化进程的加速和经济的不断发展,水资源已成为一种严重缺乏的资源,而农业则是其中最大的用水行业之一。农业生产对水的需求量巨大,如何保护水资源并促进环境保护是一项重要任务,农业节约用水对于节约水资源成本、保护水资源环境、保障农业可持续发展,适应气候变化以及提高农村居民的经济效益等方面都具有重要意义。本文以经济角度从经济、社会和环境三个方面来分析农业节约用水所带来的三协同效益,并通过分析农业用水现状提出相应经济机制和政策建议以推动农业节约用水和环境保护的可持续发展。

Under the market economy system and the policy background of sustainable development,the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources has intensified.With the acceleration of urbanization and the continuous development of economy,water resources have become a serious shortage of resources,and agriculture is one of the biggest water industries.Agricultural production has a huge demand for water,so how to protect water resources and promote environmental protection is an important task.Agricultural water conservation is of great significance for saving water resources cost,protecting water resources environment,ensuring sustainable agricultural development,adapting to climate change and improving the economic benefits of rural residents.This paper analyzes the three synergistic benefits of agricultural water conservation from the economic,social and environmental aspects,and proposes corresponding economic mechanisms and policy suggestions to promote the sustainable development of agricultural water conservation and environmental protection by analyzing the current situation of agricultural water use.
