2型糖尿病患者糖尿病足的知识、态度、行为量表编制及其信效度分析

Development of knowledge,attitude and behavior scale of diabetic foot in type 2 diabetes patients and its reliability and validity analysis

目的 探讨适合中国2型糖尿病患者使用的糖尿病足知识、态度、行为量表。方法 随机抽取新疆医科大学第一附属医院确诊的462例2型糖尿病患者的临床资料,通过查阅相关文献与专家进行讨论,在原始量表的基础上结合糖尿病患者生理代谢及其日常护理需要的特点设计新量表,根据专业知识对新量表问题进行量化评分,分析新量表的信效度。结果 综合前期调查、专家意见及统计学分析结果,形成3个维度17项条目的2型糖尿病患者糖尿病足知识、态度、行为新量表。探索性因子分析提取3个公因子,量表总体累积方差贡献率为55.620%;验证性因子分析结果显示近似误差均方根(RMSEA)为0.044,比较拟合指数(CFI)为0.980,提示新量表的拟合较好。结论 2型糖尿病患者糖尿病足的知识、态度、行为新表具有良好的信效度,适用性较高,可为糖尿病足知-信-行研究提供一定的客观依据。

Objective To investigate the diabetic foot knowledge,attitude,and practice scale that suitable for Chinese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Method The clinical data of the 462 patients with type 2 diabetes diagnosed in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were randomly selected.Through reviewing relevant literature and discussing with experts,the new scale was designed on the basis of the original scale by combining the characteristics of physiological metabolism of diabetic patients and their daily care needs.The new scale questions were quantitatively scored according to specialized knowledge.The reliability and validity of the new scale were analyzed.Result The results of the pre-survey,expert opinions and statistical analysis were synthesized to form the knowledge,attitude and practice new scale for type 2 diabetes patients with 17 entries in 3 dimensions.Exploratory factor analysis extracted 3 male factors,and the overall cumulative variance contribution rate of the scale was 55.620%;the results of validation factor analysis showed that the root-mean-square error of approximation(RMSEA)was 0.044,and the comparative fit index(CFI)was 0.980,suggesting that the validity of the new scale was good.Conclusion The new scale of knowledge,attitude and behavior of diabetic foot in patients with type 2 diabetes has good reliability and validity,it has high applicability,which can provide some objective basis for the study of diabetic foot knowledge,attitude and behavior.
