腔内治疗不同临床分型髂静脉压迫综合征的研究进展

Research progress in endovenous treatment of different clinical types of iliac vein compression syndrome

髂静脉压迫综合征(IVCS)是指由于髂静脉受压继发腔内异常粘连而引起的下肢和盆腔静脉回流障碍性疾病,临床上分为非血栓型髂静脉受压综合征(NIVCS)和血栓型髂静脉压迫综合征(TIVCS)。目前血管腔内治疗因有着更符合人体正常的解剖和生理、创伤小、并发症少、预后好等优势而成为治疗的首选。本文结合国内外相关文献,就NIVCS及TIVCS在腔内治疗方面的进展进行综述。

Iliac vein compression syndrome(IVCS)is a disorder of lower extremity and pelvic venous return due to abnormal intraluminal adhesions secondary to compression of the iliac vein,and is clinically classified into nonthrombotic iliac vein compression syndrome(NIVCS)and thrombotic iliac vein compression syndrome(TIVCS).At present,endovenous treatment has become the first choice for treatment,which is more consistent with the normal human anatomy and physiology,less invasive,less complications and better prognosis.In this paper,the progress of endovenous treatment for NIVCS and TIVCS is reviewed based on domestic and international literature.
