摘要
梨火疫病是一种特异性侵染苹果、梨等蔷薇科植物的毁灭性病害。梨火疫病菌(Erwinia amylovora)是全世界范围内的进境检疫性有害生物。梨火疫病一旦入侵,将会对中国的林果产业造成严重的威胁。梨火疫病的检测和鉴定环节能够将该病入侵的风险降到最低,以保证中国林果业的健康发展。本研究总结了梨火疫病的发生历史、成灾规律及症状特征,并针对检测鉴定技术进行研究。
Pear fire blight is a bacterial disease that specifically infects apples,pears and other Rosaceae plants.Erwinia amylovora is a worldwide quarantine pest.Once the pear fire blight is invaded,it will cause serious threat to China's forest and fruit industry.The detection and identification of pear fire blight can reduce the risk of invasion to the minimum,so as to ensure the healthy development of China's forestry and fruit industry.This paper summarized the occurrent history,regularities of disaster and symptom characteristics of pear fire blight,and summarized the detection and identification of technology.
