光强对秋海棠‘冬云’叶片生长和光合特性的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Different Light Intensities on the Leaf Growth and Photosynthetic Characteristics of Begonia'Dongyun'

摘要 为探究秋海棠属植物适宜的栽培光照强度,以观叶秋海棠‘冬云’为试验材料,通过调节灯管的亮度设置了4种光强梯度(1000,5000,10000,15000 lx),研究不同光强对秋海棠叶片生长和光合特性的影响。结果表明:随着光强的增加,叶长、叶宽增加,植株长势变好;Chl a、Chl b、Chl(a+b)的含量逐步降低,Ant含量显著上升;叶片厚度、上下表皮厚度、栅栏组织和海绵组织厚度均有了明显的增长;栅栏组织细胞从较小,排列松散变得细胞增大,排列紧密;P_(n)、G_(s)、C_(i)、T_(r)均有了显著增加。研究结果表明秋海棠具有较强的光适应性,可以通过调整叶形、叶色、叶片解剖结构的方式适应不同的光环境,5000~10000 lx的光强能维持秋海棠‘冬云’的正常生长,15000 lx左右的光强有助于其维持较好的颜色形态。本研究筛选出‘冬云’生长的适宜光照强度,为秋海棠的种植养护提供理论依据。 In order to explore the suitable light intensity for Begonia growth,the Begonia'Dongyun'was used as experimental material and four light intensity gradients(1000,5000,10000,15000 lx)were set by adjusting the brightness of the light to study the effects of different light intensities on the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of Begonia leaves.The results showed that with the increase of light intensities,leaf length and leaf width increased,and plant growth conditions improved.The content of Chl a,Chl b,Chl(a+b)decreased gradually,and the content of Ant increased markedly.The thickness of leaves and their upper epidermis,lower epidermis,palisade tissue and spongy tissue had a noticeable increase.Palisade tissue changed from small and loosely arranged cells to large and tightly arranged cells.Pn,Gs,Ciand Trall increased significantly.In summary,Begonia possesses strong light adaptability and can adapt to different light environments by adjusting leaf shape,color and anatomical structure.The light intensity of 5000~10000 lx can maintain the normal growth of'Dongyun',and the light intensity of about 15000 lx is conducive to maintaining better color morphology.This study screened out the appropriate light intensity for the growth of'Dongyun'and provided theoretical basis for the cultivation and maintenance of Begonia.
