达芬奇机器人手术系统在头颈肿瘤外科的应用进展

Application and Progress of Da Vinci Robotic Surgical System in Head and Neck Tumor Surgery

摘要 近几年机器人辅助实体肿瘤切除已经在国内各大医院广泛开展,然而,由于头颈部腔隙狭小,机器人辅助头颈肿瘤手术相对于胸腔、腹腔手术来说开展得相对迟缓,手术量也相对较少。同时外科机器人的研发与临床应用也在不断更新,美国FDA批准并且国内引进在头颈部手术中使用最广泛的是达芬奇机器人系统,本文就国内外近期达芬奇机器人在头颈肿瘤中的应用及进展予以综述。 In recent years,robot-assisted solid tumor resection has been widely conducted in various hospitals in China.However,due to the narrow and complex anatomical structures in the head and neck region,robot-assisted surgery for head and neck tumors has progressed relatively slowly compared to thoracic and abdominal surgeries.The number of surgeries performed in this area is also relatively low.Mean while,the development and clinical applications of surgical robots are constantly evolving.The Da Vinci robotic system,approved by US FDA and widely used in head and neck surgeries in China,has undergone significant advancements.This article provides a comprehensive review of the recent applications and progress of the Da Vinci robotic system in head and neck tumors both domestically and internationally.
