基于Alberta婴儿运动量表评估早产儿运动发育的影响因素

Influencing factors of the preterm infants motor development based on the Alberta infant motor scale

目的基于Alberta婴儿运动量表(AIMS)评估早产儿运动发育的影响因素。方法选取2018年11月1日至2019年3月31日于四川大学华西第二医院出生并持续随访的206例早产儿为研究对象,收集相关资料,采用AIMS评估运动发育情况,分析早产儿在矫正6月龄时的运动发育情况及影响因素。结果早产儿矫正6月龄运动发育水平与出生体重、胎龄、父亲学历、矫正6月龄体重、身高、头围有相关性(P<0.05)。胎龄是早产儿运动发育的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论早产儿运动发育迟缓主要与出生胎龄有关,需重点关注低出生体重、父母学历低、体格追赶差的早产儿,以便及时发现运动发育迟缓,早期干预。

Objective To assess the influencing factors of the preterm infants motor development based on the Alberta infant motor scale(AIMS).Methods A total of 206 preterm infants born in West China Second University Hospital,Sichuan University from November 1,2018 to March 31,2019 with continuous follow-up were selected as the study objects,relevant data were collected,the motor development was assessed by AIMS,and influencing factors of premature infants at the corrected 6-month age were analyzed.Results The motor development level of preterm infants was associated with birth weight,gestational age,education of father,weight,body height and head circumference of the corrected 6-month age(P<0.05).Gestational age was the main factor of the motor development of preterm infants(P<0.05).Conclusion The motor developmental retardation of preterm infants is mainly related to gestational age at birth,it is necessary to pay more attention to the preterm infants with low birth weight,parents with low education and poor catch-up growth,so as to find motor developmental retardation in time for early intervention.
