辅助生殖中薄型子宫内膜治疗的研究进展

Research progress in the treatment of thin endometrium in assisted reproduction

黄体中期厚度<7 mm的子宫内膜为薄型子宫内膜,发病机制尚不明确。薄型子宫内膜会影响子宫内膜容受性,导致临床妊娠率较低。薄型子宫内膜的治疗方法包括手术、药物、生物反馈、粒细胞集落刺激因子宫腔灌注、干细胞移植等。本文对辅助生殖中薄型子宫内膜的治疗方法进行综述,以期为临床治疗提供思路。

The endometrium with a mid-luteal thickness of<7 mm is defined as thin endometrium,and its pathogenesis is still unclear.Thin endometrium can affect endometrial receptivity,resulting in a lower clinical pregnancy rate.The treatment of thin endometrium includes surgery,drugs,biofeedback,intrauterine infusion of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor,stem cell transplantation,and so on.This article reviews the treatment methods of thin endometrium in assisted reproduction,in order to provide clinical treatment ideas.
