生物电治疗在妇科手术后切口疼痛中的应用效果

Application effect of bioelectricity therapy in incision pain after gynecological surgery

目的探讨生物电治疗在妇科手术后切口疼痛中的应用效果。方法选择2021年7月至2023年5月在云浮市人民医院妇科接受手术治疗术后发生切口疼痛的60例患者,按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(30例)术后采用常规治疗,观察组(30例)在对照组的基础上采用生物电刺激治疗,比较两组疼痛程度(NRS)及恶心、呕吐发生情况。结果治疗后观察组NRS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组恶心、呕吐总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论生物电治疗在妇科手术后切口疼痛中的应用效果较好,可以缓解疼痛,降低恶心、呕吐发生率。

Objective To explore the application effect of bioelectricity therapy in incision pain after gynecological surgery.Methods Sixty patients with incision pain after surgical treatment in the Department of Gynecology of Yunfu People’s Hospital from July 2021 to May 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(n=30)received conventional treatment after surgery,and the observation group(n=30)was treated with bioelectrical stimulation on the basis of the control group.The degree of pain(NRS)and the incidence of nausea and vomiting were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the NRS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of nausea and vomiting in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bioelectricity therapy has a good effect in the application of incision pain after gynecological surgery,which can relieve pain and reduce the incidence of nausea and vomiting.
