调周理论指导下耳穴疗法治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床效果

Clinical effect of auricular point therapy in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis type under the guidance of menstrual cycle regulation theory

目的探讨调周理论指导下耳穴疗法治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床效果。方法选取2021年7月至2022年12月在上海市中西医结合医院全科医学科就诊的72例原发性痛经患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,各36例。对照组给予布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗,试验组给予调周理指导下的耳穴疗法,比较两组治疗前后COX痛经症状量表(CMSS)、疼痛评分(VAS)、血清人前列腺素F2α(PGF2α)和血清人前列腺素E2(PGE2)。结果两组治疗后CMSS、VAS评分低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后试验组PGF2α水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后PGE2水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论调周理论指导下耳穴疗法治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床效果较好,能够降低CMSS、VAS评分及PGF2α水平,改善疼痛程度。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of auricular point therapy in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis type under the guidance of menstrual cycle regulation theory.Methods A total of 72 patients with primary dysmenorrhea from the Department of General Practice,Shanghai Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from July 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group by random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ibuprofen Sustained-Release Capsules,and the experimental group was treated with auricular point therapy under the the guidance of menstrual cycle regulation theory.The COX dysmenorrhea symptom scale(CMSS),pain score(VAS),serum human prostaglandin F2α(PGF2α)and serum human prostaglandin E2(PGE2)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the CMSS and VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PGF2αlevel in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in PGE2 level between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Auricular point therapy under the guidance of menstrual cycle regulation theory has a good clinical effect in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis type,which can reduce the CMSS,VAS score and PGF2αlevel,and improve the degree of pain.
