325例女性高危型人乳头状瘤病毒感染状况分析

Analysis of high-risk human papilloma virus infection status in 10325 women

目的分析10325例女性高危型人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染状况。方法选择2022年1月至12月在广州医科大学附属第二医院接受HPV筛查的10325例女性的临床资料进行回顾性分析。分析高危型HPV感染状况及亚型分布。结果10325例中,高危型HPV检出1724例,检出率为16.70%;15个亚型均有检出,存在单一亚型感染和多种亚型重叠感染,检出率最高的前5种亚型为HPV52、58、16、51、39。≤20岁高危型HPV感染率最高,其次为≥60岁组。18~49岁高危型HPV感染率为16.21%,低于≥50岁的18.30%(P<0.05)。结论女性最常见的高危型HPV亚型为HPV52、58、16、51、39,≤20岁和≥60岁为感染高发人群,HPV基因分型检测对宫颈癌的筛查和预防具有重要意义。

Objective To analyze the infection status of high-risk human papilloma virus(HPV)in 10325 women.Methods The clinical data of 10325 women who underwent HPV screening in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from January to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.The infection status and subtype distribution of high-risk HPV were analyzed.Results Among the 10325 cases,1724 cases of high-risk HPV were detected,and the detection rate was 16.70%.All 15 subtypes were detected,and there were single subtype infection and multiple subtypes superinfection.The top five subtypes with the highest detection rate were HPV52,58,16,51 and 39.The high-risk HPV infection rate was the highest in the≤20 years group,followed by the≥60 years group.The infection rate of high-risk HPV in 18-49 years old was 16.21%,which was lower than 18.30%in≥50 years old(P<0.05).Conclusion The most common high-risk HPV subtypes in women are HPV52,58,16,51,39.The age group of≤20 years and≥60 years are at high risk of infection.HPV genotyping detection is of great significance for cervical cancer screening and prevention.
