家长行为指导在婴儿营养性缺铁性贫血中的应用

Application of parental behavior guidance in infants with nutritional iron deficiency anemia

目的探讨家长行为指导在婴儿营养性缺铁性贫血中的应用。方法选取2020年2月至2023年2月苏州市立医院儿童保健科接诊的98例营养性缺铁性贫血婴儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(49例)与对照组(49例)。对照组采取常规门诊保健指导,观察组在对照组基础上采用家长行为指导。比较两组家长对婴儿营养性缺铁性贫血的知晓率以及对保健方法的总满意率,并比较两组婴儿的血红蛋白、血清铁水平。结果观察组家长对婴儿营养性缺铁性贫血的知晓率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组家长总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组血红蛋白、血清铁水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,两组血红蛋白、血清铁水平均高于干预前,其中观察组血红蛋白、血清铁水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论家长行为指导能够提高家长对婴儿营养性缺铁性贫血的认知水平,提高家长对保健方法的满意度,改善婴儿的血红蛋白、血清铁水平,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application of parental behavior guidance in infants with nutritional iron deficiency anemia.Methods A total of 98 infants with nutritional iron deficiency anemia in the Department of Child Healthcare,Suzhou Municipal Hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected and divided into observation group(49 cases)and control group(49 cases)by the random number table method.The control group received routine outpatient health care guidance,and the observation group received parental behavior guidance on the basis of control group.The parents’awareness rate of nutritional iron deficiency anemia in infants and total satisfaction rate with health care methods were compared between the two groups,and the levels of hemoglobin and serum iron were compared between the two groups.Results The parents’awareness rate of nutritional iron deficiency anemia in infants of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05),the parents’total satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of hemoglobin and serum iron between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the levels of hemoglobin and serum iron were higher than those before intervention,and the levels of hemoglobin and serum iron in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Parental behavior guidance can improve parents’awareness of nutritional iron deficiency anemia in infants,improve parents’satisfaction with health care methods and increase the hemoglobin and serum iron levels of infants,which is worthy of promotion.
