氨溴特罗联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿急性支气管肺炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of Ambroterol combined with Montelukast Sodium in the treatment of acute bronchopneumonia in children

目的探讨氨溴特罗联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿急性支气管肺炎的临床效果。方法选取2019年6月至2021年12月于兴宁市新陂镇卫生院治疗的80例急性支气管肺炎患儿为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为两组,每组40例。对照组采用氨溴特罗治疗,观察组采用氨溴特罗联合孟鲁司特钠治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率、炎症因子水平和肺功能。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组降钙素原、C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、FEV1/FVC高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氨溴特罗联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿急性支气管肺炎的临床效果显著,能够减轻炎症反应,改善肺功能,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Ambroterol combined with Montelukast Sodium in the treatment of acute bronchopneumonia in children.Methods A total of 80 children with acute bronchopneumonia in Xinpi Town Health Center in Xingning City from June 2019 to December 2021 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ambroterol,while the observation group was treated with Ambroterol combined with Montelukast Sodium.The total effective rate,inflammatory factor levels and lung function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of procalcitonin,C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ambroterol combined with Montelukast Sodium treating acute bronchopneumonia in children has has significant clinical effect,which can reduce inflammatory reaction,improve lung function,and is worth promoting.
