右美沙芬辅助治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的临床效果

Clinical effect of Dextromethorphan in the adjuvant treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection in children

目的探究右美沙芬辅助治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年1月在临沂市兰山区人民医院诊治的109例急性上呼吸道感染患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=55,小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗)和试验组(n=54,小儿豉翘清热颗粒和右美沙芬糖浆联合治疗)。14 d后,对比两组炎症因子水平、症状消失时间和疗效。结果治疗后,两组炎症因子指标均改善,试验组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组症状消失时间更短,总有效率更高(P<0.05)。结论右美沙芬辅助治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染,可缩短症状消失时间,改善炎症因子水平,临床效果较好,可在临床应用和推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Dextromethorphan in the adjuvant treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection in children.Methods A total of 109 children with acute upper respiratory tract infection were selected from January 2022 to January 2023 in Lanshan District People’s Hospital of Linyi City,and they were divided into control group(n=55,treated with Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre Granules)and experimental group(n=54,treated with Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre Granules and Dexmethroprofen syrup)by the random number table method.After 14 days,the levels of inflammatory factors,the disappearance time of symptoms and the efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the inflammatory factors of the two groups were improved,and the improvement degree of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The symptom disappearance time of the experimental group was shorter and the total effective rate was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Dextromethorphan for the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection in children can shorten the disappearance time of symptoms and improve the levels of inflammatory factors,with better clinical effects,and can be used and promoted in clinical practice.
