产房助产士护理干预在产妇中的应用效果

Application effect of nursing intervention of midwives in the delivery room in puerperas

目的探究产房助产士护理干预在产妇中的应用效果。方法选取东台市中医院2020年1月至2022年12月的80例产妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取产房助产士护理干预。比较两组的产后出血率、新生儿窒息率、产后感染率和胎儿窘迫率,以及产程、产后2 h出血量和心理状态。结果观察组的产后出血率、新生儿窒息率、产后感染率和胎儿窘迫率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的第一产程和第二产程较对照组更短,产后2 h出血量较对照组更少(P<0.05)。护理后,两组各项总体幸福感评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论产房助产士护理干预可明显提高产妇的分娩质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention of midwives in the delivery room in puerperas.Methods A total of 80 puerperas in Dongtai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.All the puerperas were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received nursing intervention of midwives in the delivery room.The rate of postpartum hemorrhage,neonatal asphyxia,postpartum infection and fetal distress,the labor,2 hours postpartum blood loss and the mental state of the two groups were compared.Results The rates of postpartum hemorrhage,neonatal asphyxia,postpartum infection and fetal distress in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The first stage of labor and the second stage of labor were shorter in the observation group than those in the control group,and 2 hours postpartum blood loss was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of each item of general well-being schedule scale increased in both groups,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention of midwives in the delivery room can significantly improve the quality of delivery of puerperas.
