童趣诱导联合家属协同护理对学龄期重症肺炎留观患儿症状改善、心理应激及满意度的影响

Effect of childlike induction combined with family collaborative nursing on symptom improvement, psychological stress and satis-faction of children at school stage with severe pneumonia under observation

目的探讨童趣诱导联合家属协同护理对学龄期重症肺炎留观患儿症状改善、心理应激及满意度的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2023年2月苏州大学附属儿童医院急诊医学科收治的60例学龄期重症肺炎留观患儿,利用抛币法分为两组,每组各30例。对照组采取传统护理,观察组采取童趣诱导联合家属协同护理。比较两组症状消失时间、心理应激指标和护理总满意率。结果护理后,观察组症状消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05),心理应激指标低于对照组(P<0.05),护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论童趣诱导联合家属协同护理可促进学龄期重症肺炎留观患儿症状缓解,减轻心理应激,并能提高护理满意度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of childlike induction combined with family collaborative nursing on symptom improvement,psychological stress and satisfaction of children at school stage with severe pneumonia under observation.Methods A total of 60 children at school stage with severe pneumonia in the Department of Emergency Medicine,Children’s Hospital of Soochow University from January 2021 to February 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by coin toss method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received traditional nursing,and the observation group received childlike induction combined with family collaborative nursing.The symptom disappearance time,psychological stress index and total nursing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the symptom disappearance time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),the psychological stress index in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the total nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Childlike induction combined with family collaborative nursing can promote children at school stage with severe pneumonia under observation to relieve symptoms and reduce psychological stress,which can improve nursing satisfaction and is worth promoting.
