优质助产护理在初产妇中的应用效果

目的探究优质助产护理在初产妇中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年1月在常州市妇幼保健院产科拟行阴道分娩的66例初产妇作为研究对象,按照红蓝双色球法,随机分为常规组(n=33)和研究组(n=33)。常规组在分娩过程中辅以常规护理,研究组在分娩过程中辅以优质助产护理,比较两组护理干预效果。结果研究组产程、总住院时间短于常规组(P<0.05);研究组分娩自我效能评分、心理弹性评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论优质助产护理可缩短产妇产程,增强产妇分娩信心,改善产妇心理状态。

Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality midwifery care in primipara.Methods A total of 66 primiparas who tried vaginal delivery in the Department of Obstetrics,Changzhou Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the red and blue double color ball method,the primiparas were randomly divided into the routine group(n=33)and the study group(n=33).The routine group was supplemented with routine care during delivery,and the study group was supplemented with high-quality midwifery care during delivery.The effects of nursing intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The labor and total hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The delivery self-efficacy score and psychological resilience score of the study group were higher than those of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality midwifery care can shorten the process of primiparas,enhance their confidence in delivery and improve their psychological state.
