摘要
建立了复合侵染和媒介寄主选择偏好下的植物病动力学模型,计算得到了模型的基本再生数R0,利用Routh-Hurwitz判据讨论了无病平衡点的局部稳定性.进一步计算入侵再生数,得到一种疾病存在的情况下另外一种疾病成功入侵的阈值条件.
A dynamic model of plant disease was proposed considering co-infection and vector preference.The basic reproduction number of the model was computed.The local stability of the disease-free equilibrium points was analyzed using the Routh-Hurwitz criterion.Furthermore,the invasion reproduction number was calculated to determine the threshold condition for the successful invasion of one disease in the presence of another disease.
