三门峡月季枯枝病病原菌生物学特性探析

摘要 本研究就月季枝枯病菌生物学特性进行了室内研究及生产验证。结果表明:①该病原菌在25℃时生长最好,pH6.0微酸性条件最适宜月季枯枝病菌生长,12 h黑暗、12 h光照最利于菌丝生长,在相对湿度30%和50%利于菌落生长;②三门峡市月季枯枝病发生危害与6~8月份的大气温度高低、降雨量多少关系密切,温度高、降雨量多时发病加重。 The biological characteristics of the pathogen responsible for Chinese rose branch blight were studied in laboratory experiment and verified in production.The results showed that:①Optimal pathogen growth occurred at 25℃with a pH level of 6.0.The pathogen exhibited the best mycelial growth under a 12 h dark and 12 h light cycle and thrived at relative humidity levels of 30%and 50%;②The occurrence of rose blight in Sanmenxia was closely related to the air temperature and rainfall from June to August.
