一次性可视软性喉镜评价指标体系的建立与应用

The Establishment and Application of Evaluation Indicator System for Disposable Visible Soft Laryngoscope

目的从医疗机构医务人员角度构建一次性可视软性喉镜评价指标体系,为医疗机构尤其临床医务人员开展一次性可视软性喉镜的评价及选购提供参考依据及手段。方法在文献分析法、专家访谈的基础上,经过小组讨论拟定一次性可视软性喉镜评价指标体系草案及专家咨询问卷,采用德尔菲法及层次分析法相结合的方式确定各级指标及权重,最后验证并进行指标层次单排序及总排序的一致性检验。结果一次性可视软性喉镜评价指标体系包括3个一级指标、24个二级指标。结论一次性可视软性喉镜评价指标体系专家积极性好、参与度高、权威性较强,具有较好的科学性和适用性,可为一次性可视软性喉镜的功能、性能、临床适用性等方面的评测提供参考。

Objective The evaluation indicator system for disposable visible soft laryngoscopes was constructed from the perspective of medical personnel in medical institutions,providing a reference basis and means to evaluate and purchase disposable visible soft laryngoscopes for medical institutions,especially clinical medical personnel.Methods On the basis of literature analysis and expert interviews,the evaluation index system draft and expert consultation questionnaire of disposable visual soft laryngoscope were developed through group discussion.The combination of Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the index and weight at all levels.Finally,the consistency test of hierarchical ranking and total ranking for index was verified and carried out.Results The evaluation index system for disposable visible soft laryngoscopy included 3 first-level indicators and 24 second-level indicators.Conclusion With good enthusiasm,high participation,and strong authority from experts,the evaluation indicator system for disposable visible soft laryngoscope has good scientific and applicability,which can provide reference for the evaluation of the function,performance,clinical applicability,and other aspects of disposable visible soft laryngoscope.
