摘要
目的比较3种不同方法清洗胸腔镜手术用管腔器械的效果,为提高管腔器械清洗质量提供依据。方法选取2021年1月至2022年6月医院的568件胸腔镜手术用管腔器械,采用随机数字表法分为3组,分别进行机械喷淋式清洗(193件,机械组)、手工清洗(171件,手工组)、减压沸腾式清洗(204件,减压组)。比较3组清洗合格率。结果机械组、手工组、减压组的清洗合格率分别为48.20%、81.87%、87.75%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=95.087,P<0.05)。机械组与手工组、减压组的清洗合格率比较,差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=43.207、70.120,P<0.05);手工组与减压组的清洗合格率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.085,P>0.05)。结论机械喷淋式清洗对胸腔镜手术用管腔器械的清洗效果较差,手工清洗、减压沸腾式清洗的效果相当。但手工清洗受人为因素影响较大,清洗效果难以保证。减压沸腾式清洗操作简便,工作效率更高,清洗流程固定,清洗效果更加稳定可靠,可加快管腔器械的周转效率和使用频率,同时可减少手工清洗存在的职业暴露问题。
Objective The effectiveness of three different methods for cleaning luminal instruments used in thoracoscopic surgery was compared,providing a basis for improving the quality of luminal instrument cleaning.Methods With the selection of 568 thoracoscopic surgical instruments used in hospitals from January 2021 to June 2022,the instruments were divided into three groups using the random number table method,which were subjected to mechanical spray cleaning(193 pieces,mechanical group),manual cleaning(171 pieces,manual group),and decompression boiling cleaning(204 pieces,decompression group).The pass rates of three groups of cleaning were compared.Results The cleaning qualification rates of the mechanical group,manual group,and decompression group were 48.20%,81.87%,and 87.75%,respectively,with statistically significant differences(χ^(2)=95.087,P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the cleaning pass rate between the mechanical group and the manual group and the decompression group(χ^(2)=43.207,70.120,P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the cleaning qualification rate between the manual group and the decompression group(χ^(2)=2.085,P>0.05).Conclusions Mechanical spray cleaning has poor cleaning effect on the lumen instruments used in thoracoscopic surgery,while manual cleaning and decompression boiling cleaning have similar effects.However,due to significant human factors,it is difficult to ensure the effectiveness of manual cleaning.With simple operation,higher work efficiency,fixed cleaning process,and more stable and reliable cleaning effect,decompression boiling cleaning can accelerate the turnover efficiency and use frequency of lumen instruments,while reducing occupational exposure problems caused by manual cleaning.
