综合护理小组在血液透析治疗慢性肾功能衰竭患者中的应用效果

The Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Group in the Hemodialysis Treatment for Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

目的探讨综合护理小组在血液透析治疗慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者中的应效果。方法选取2020年3月至2022年3月抚州市第一人民医院收治的80例慢性肾功能衰竭患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(40例,接受常规护理干预)和观察组(40例,接受综合护理小组干预),持续干预4周。比较两组心理状态[采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评估]、并发症发生率和生活质量[采用生活质量评分量表(QOL)评估]。结果干预后,观察组SDS、SAS评分及并发症发生率均低于对照组,QOL评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理小组能够改善血液透析治疗慢性肾功能衰竭患者的消极情绪,降低并发症发生风险,提升生活质量。

Objective The effect of comprehensive nursing group in hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure was explored.Methods 80 patients with chronic renal failure admitted to the First People's Hospital of Fuzhou City from March 2020 to March 2022 were divided into the control group(40 cases,receiving routine nursing intervention)and the observation group(40 cases,receiving comprehensive nursing group intervention),by using the random number table method,with continuous intervention for 4 weeks.The psychological status[assessed by Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)],incidence of complications and quality of life[assessed by Quality of Life Rating Scale(QOL)]were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of SDS and SAS and the incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the QOL scores were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing team can improve the negative emotions of patients with chronic renal failure treated with hemodialysis,reduce the risk of complications,and improve their quality of life.
