门冬胰岛素与生物合成人胰岛素在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨门冬胰岛素与生物合成人胰岛素在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年2月—2023年2月安溪县医院收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者120例为研究对象,依据随机数表将其分为两组,每组60例。所有患者均将接受运动与饮食指导。参照组以生物合成人胰岛素进行治疗,观察组采取门冬胰岛素治疗。比较两组患者用药前后的血糖情况、胰岛β功能指数、注射胰岛素有效性等指标。结果治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组胰岛β功能、胰岛素抵抗、胰岛素敏感指数较参照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组午餐初次、末次注射胰岛素剂量、血糖恢复正常用时优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论门冬胰岛素与生物合成人胰岛素的应用,均能够改善妊娠期糖尿病患者的血糖情况。相较于生物合成人胰岛素而言,门冬胰岛素的应用效果更为显著,并且能够促进患者胰岛β功能的提高,有助于减少注射胰岛素的用量。此种用药形式对加快患者血糖恢复正常值的速度作用突出,能够提高患者预后效果。 Objective To explore the application effect of insulin aspart and biosynthetic human insulin in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 120 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to Anxi County Hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into two groups of 60 patients each according to the randomized numerical table.All patients would receive exercise and di-etary guidance.The reference group was treated with biosynthetic human insulin,and the observation group was treated with insulin aspart.Compared the blood glucose situation,pancreaticβ-function index,effectiveness of in-jected insulin and other indexes before and after medication in the two groups.Results After treatment,the fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin levels of the observation group were lower than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Pancreaticβ-func-tion,insulin resistance and insulin sensitivity index in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The initial and final insulin dose for lunch and the time taken for blood glucose to return to normal in the observation group were better than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of both insulin aspart and biosyn-thetic human insulin can improve the blood glucose situation of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Compared with biosynthetic human insulin,the application of insulin aspart is more effective and can promote the improvement of patients'pancreaticβ-function,which helps to reduce the dosage of insulin injection.This form of medication has an outstanding effect on accelerating the return of blood glucose to normal,which can improve the prognosis of pa-tients.
