甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗老年2型糖尿病对其低血糖发生情况的影响

Effect of Glargine Insulin Combined with Repaglinide in the Treatment ofType 2 Diabetes Mellitus in the Elderly on the Occurrence of Hypoglyce⁃mia in Them

目的探讨甘精胰岛素+瑞格列奈应用在老年2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者中的效果及对其低血糖发生情况的影响。方法选取2021年6月—2022年9月于宜昌市兴山县人民医院就诊的80例老年T2DM患者作为研究对象,参照随机数表法分为对照组(甘精胰岛素)和观察组(甘精胰岛素加用瑞格列奈),各40例。对比两组患者血糖值、胰岛素指标、治疗相关参数以及不良反应。结果治疗前,两组血糖值、胰岛素指标对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月后,观察组血糖值、胰岛素指标、治疗相关参数较对照组更佳,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应与对照组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对老年T2DM患者实施甘精胰岛素+瑞格列奈治疗,可以尽快降低血糖值,保护胰岛β细胞功能,减少胰岛素用量,加之用药安全性好,不易出现低血糖等事件。

Objective To investigate the effect of the application of glargine insulin+repaglinide in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and its impact on the occurrence of hypoglycemia.Methods A total of 80 el-derly T2DM patients treated in Xingshan County People's Hospital of Yichang City from June 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(insulin glargine)and observation group(insulin glargine plus repaglinide)according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Blood glu-cose,insulin indexes,treatment-related parameters and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose and insulin indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the blood glucose,insulin indexes and treatment-related param-eters in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between observation group and con-trol group(P>0.05).Conclusion The implementation of glargine insulin+repaglinide treatment for elderly T2DM pa-tients can reduce the blood glucose value as soon as possible,protect the function of pancreatic isletβ-cells,and re-duce the dosage of insulin,coupled with the good safety of the medication,it is not easy to appear hypoglycemia and other events.
