基于E-Coach慢性病管理理论的健康宣教对糖尿病患者依从性、情绪、血糖等指标的影响

Effects of Health Missionary Based on E-Coach Chronic Disease Manage⁃ment Theory on Compliance, Mood, and Blood Glucose Indicators in Pa⁃tients with Diabetes Mellitus

目的探究的是对糖尿病患者实施基于E-Coach慢性病管理理论的健康宣教后对其依从性、情绪、血糖指标的影响效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年6月湖北省随州市曾都医院收治的128例糖尿病患者为研究对象,以随机抽签的方式将患者分成常规组(常规健康宣教)和宣教组(基于E-Coach慢性病管理理论的健康宣教),每组64例,对比两组患者的依从性、情绪、血糖指标。结果宣教组患者依从性评分均明显高于常规组,情绪状态评分低于常规组,血糖指标优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者实施基于E-Coach慢性病管理理论的健康宣教后,患者的各方面依从性均明显提升,血糖指标有了明显改善,患者的情绪状态也逐渐变好,干预效果显著。

Objective To investigate the effects of health missionary based on E-Coach chronic disease management theory on compliance,mood,and blood glucose indicators in patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 128 diabetic patients admitted to the Zengdu Hospital of Suizhou City,Hubei Province from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into routine group(routine health education)and edu-cation group(health education based on E-Coach chronic disease management theory)by random lottery,with 64 cases in each group.The compliance,emotion and blood glucose indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The compliance score of patients in the education group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group,the emotional state score was lower than that in the conventional group,and the blood glucose index was better than that in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the implemen-tation of health missionary based on the theory of E-Coach chronic disease management for diabetic patients,all as-pects of the patient's compliance were significantly improved,blood glucose indexes improved significantly,and the emotional state of the patients gradually became better,and the effect of the intervention was remarkable.
