同伴互助式护理干预结合个性化饮食指导在老年2型糖尿病护理中的应用价值探讨

Exploring the Application Value of Peer Supportive Nursing InterventionCombined with Personalized Dietary Guidance in the Care of Elderly withType 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的探究采用同伴互助联合个性化饮食指导对于老年2型糖尿病患者所产生的临床护理价值。方法选取2021年12月—2023年5月江苏省宜兴市第二人民医院治疗的120例2型糖尿病老年患者,按照电脑随机抽签法分为观察组与参照组,各60例。对观察组采用常规护理措施,参照组采用同伴互助式护理联合饮食指导干预措施,对比两组患者血糖指标、健康行为评分以及护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组血糖指标水平低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组各项健康行为评分显著高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年2型糖尿病患者在临床护理当中采取同伴互助式护理结合个性化饮食指导具有显著的临床价值。

Objective To explore the clinical nursing value of peer supportive combined with personalized dietary guidance for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 120 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated by the Second People's Hospital of Yixing City,Jiangsu Province from December 2021 to May 2023 were selected and divided into an observation group and a reference group according to the computer random drawing method,with 60 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with routine nursing measures,while the refer-ence group was treated with peer assistance nursing combined with dietary guidance interventions.Blood glucose indi-cators,health behavior scores,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the blood glucose levels in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group,the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the health behavior scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the ob-servation group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting peer supportive nursing care combined with personalized dietary guidance in the clinical care of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus has significant clinical value.
