妊娠糖尿病孕妇的微信平台辅助针对性健康宣教结合孕期综合保健的干预效果

Intervention Effect of WeChat Platform-assisted Targeted Health MissionCombined with Comprehensive Health Care During Pregnancy in Preg⁃nant Women with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的探究妊娠糖尿病孕妇的微信平台辅助针对性健康宣教结合孕期综合保健的干预效果。方法选取2022年1月—2022年12月于盐城市第三人民医院收治的92例妊娠糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照摸球法分为对照组和观察组,各46例。对照组予以孕期综合保健,观察组予以微信平台辅助针对性健康宣教结合孕期综合保健。对比两组孕妇相关指标。结果干预后,观察组血糖指标均低于对照组,观察组负性情绪评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论予以妊娠糖尿病孕妇的微信平台辅助针对性健康宣教结合孕期综合保健,有助于改善其心理状态,稳定血糖水平。

Objective To investigate the effect of WeChat platform-assisted targeted health mission combined with comprehensive health care during pregnancy in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 92 pa-tients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to Yancheng Third People's Hospital from January 2022 to Decem-ber 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to ball-touching method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given comprehensive health care during pregnancy,and the observation group was given targeted health education assisted by WeChat platform combined with comprehensive health care during pregnancy.Compared the two groups of pregnant women relevant indicators.Results After intervention,the blood glucose index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the negative emotion score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The WeChat platform for pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus assists targeted health mission combined with comprehensive health care during pregnancy,helps to improve their psychological state and stabilize blood glucose levels.
