分析温阳活血法联合西药治疗肺动脉高压的疗效

Analysis of the Efficacy of Warming Yang and Activating Blood Circulation Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension

目的探究温阳活血法联合西药治疗肺动脉高压疗效。方法选取2018年10月—2022年10月德州市中医院诊治的肺动脉高压患者100例作为研究对象,根据治疗方法分为对照组、观察组,每组50例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组给予温阳活血法联合西药治疗。对比两组治疗前后中医证候积分、6分钟步行试验(6-minute walk test,6MWT)、平均肺动脉压(mean pulmonary artery pressure,mPAP)及左室射血分数(left ventricular ejection fractions,PVEF)指标及对比两组治疗效果。结果治疗前两组咳嗽、咳痰、喘息等中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组咳嗽、咳痰、喘息等中医证候积分均降低,并且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组6MWT、mPAP及PVEF比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组6MWT、LVEF指标均升高,mPAP均降低,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为94.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.332,P<0.05)。结论温阳活血通络法可有效降低肺动脉高压患者的肺动脉压力,提升左室功能,改善运动耐量。

Objective To explore the efficacy of Yang-warming and blood-activating method combined with western medicine in the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension.Methods A total of 100 patients with pulmonary hyper-tension diagnosed and treated in Dezhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to treatment methods,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with warming Yang and activating blood circulation combined with western medicine.TCM syndrome scores,6-minute walk test(6MWT),mean pulmonary artery pressure(mPAP)and left ventricular ejec-tion fractions(PVEF)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.And the treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of TCM syndrome such as cough,phlegm and wheezing between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome such as cough,expectoration and wheezing were decreased in both groups,and the observa-tion group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statisti-cally significant difference in 6MWT,mPAP and PVEF between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treat-ment,the indexes of 6MWT and LVEF in both groups were increased,and mPAP was decreased,and the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.00%,which was higher than that of the control group by 80.00%,the difference was sta-tistically significant(χ^(2)=4.332,P<0.05).Conclusion The method of warming yang,activating blood circulation and unblocking collaterals can effectively reduce pulmonary artery pressure,improve left ventricular function and exercise tolerance in patients with pulmonary hypertension.
