Overview of Domestic Surgical Treatment of Radial Neck Fracture in Children

自儿童桡骨颈手术实施以来,随着技术和内植物的不断发展,桡骨颈骨折手术方法也层出不穷。桡骨颈骨折手术对于儿童健康具有很大的意义,但是如何提高桡骨颈手术的疗效、减少手术并发症,仍是重要的研究课题之一。本文整理了各种常见桡骨颈骨折手术的利弊,从文献数量来看,切开复位内固定手术有减少趋势,而闭合复位内固定手术有增多趋势。

Since the implementation of radial neck surgery in children,with the continuous development of tech-niques and endoplants,the surgical methods of radial neck fracture have emerged endlessly.The operation of radial neck fracture is of great significance to the health of children,but how to improve the curative effect and reduce the complications of the operation is still one of the important research topics.In this paper,the advantages and disadvan-tages of various common radial neck fractures were summarized.According to the number of literatures,open reduction and internal fixation tend to decrease,while closed reduction and internal fixation tend to increase.
