MOTOmed智能运动训练系统联合PNF技术在全膝关节置换患者中的应用

摘要 目的探讨MOTOmed智能运动训练系统联合本体感觉神经肌肉促进技术(PNF)对全膝关节置换术(TKA)患者术后平衡功能及膝关节功能的影响。方法选取2020年10月至2022年10月82例在漯河市中心医院接受TKA治疗患者,按随机数字表将其分为两组。对照组41例采用常规康复训练,观察组41例在对照组基础上采用MOTOmed智能运动训练系统联合PNF技术,两组均连续干预4周。比较两组平衡功能、膝关节功能、下肢运动功能以及生活质量。结果相比于对照组,观察组干预后疼痛、功能、活动度、肌力、屈膝畸形、稳定性评分均较高(P<0.05);Berg平衡量表(BBS)、简式Fugel-Meyer评分法(FMA)评分均较高(P<0.05);活动限制、躯体功能、社会角色、精神、个性、健康评分均较高(P<0.05)。结论TKA患者术后实施MOTOmed智能运动训练系统联合PNF技术能够改善患者平衡能力,增强其膝关节以及下肢等功能,利于提高患者术后生活质量。 Objective To investigate the effect of MOTOmed intelligent exercise training system combined with proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation technology(PNF)on postoperative balance function and knee joint function in patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty(TKA).Methods 82 patients who received TKA treatment at Luohe Central Hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table.41 cases in the control group received routine rehabilitation training,while 41 cases in the observation group received MOTOmed intelligent exercise training system+PNF technology on the basis of the control group.Both groups received continuous intervention for 4 weeks.The balance function,knee joint function,lower limb motor function,and quality of life between the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher scores for pain,function,range of motion,muscle strength,knee flexion deformity,and stability after intervention(P<0.05);The berg balanced scale(BBS)and the simplified Fugel-Meyer scoring method(FMA)all had higher scores(P<0.05);Activity restriction,physical function,social role,spirit,personality,and health scores were all higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Postoperative implementation of MOTOmed intelligent exercise training system combined with PNF technology in TKA patients can improve their balance ability,enhance their knee and lower limb functions,and improve their postoperative quality of life.
